Founder & President

Lens Joshua Lubin, the Founder and President of Lubin Elite Engineering, is a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in the state of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Florida Atlantic University (FAU). A passionate leader and visionary, Lens combines his engineering expertise with strong leadership skills to inspire and empower his team. With extensive experience in commercial, industrial, residential, and mixed-use land development, Lens has a proven track record of delivering exceptional projects that meet client needs and exceed expectations.

Outside of engineering, Lens’ love for sports has shaped his approach to leadership and collaboration. A former collegiate basketball player, he also enjoys football, chess, bowling, and boxing. Through these experiences, he has developed a profound appreciation for quality, teamwork, and building strong relations—three (3) of the four (4) values that are the heart of Lubin Elite Engineering.
